Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange:
Incorrect Order Sent
If you received the wrong item based on your original order, let us know and we’ll sort it out.

Size Doesn’t Fit (Exchange Only)
If the size isn’t quite right, we offer size exchanges. The item must be unworn and in original condition.

Item Damaged Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the damage so we can assist you quickly.

Important Notes:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons outside the ones listed above (e.g., change of mind or personal preference).

Items must be returned in original condition unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Return shipping for size exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process the exchange within 3–5 business days.
